Bedroom cold? Don't touch the heat.

Brrrrr. You may be tempted to turn up the heat in your icy cold bedroom – but don’t. It’s better to sleep in a cool room (about 60 to 68 degrees) and pile on the quilts, say the sleep experts.

You’ll be glad you did. Just heard from a woman who went away for the weekend and ended up in cool room the first night under a mountain of covers and in a nice warm room the second.

Guess where she slept better?

If you said the chillier room, you’re absolutely right. The warm room dried out her nasal passages and she spent the entire night clearing her throat and tossing and turning. The temperature may have been comfy, but the humidity was all wrong.

Don’t make that mistake, please ... More on getting comfortable next time. Or read my book, www.rosestreetpress.com

Sleep tight!
